Quantum Change Kinesiology

Quantum understanding of the mind and body relationship through kinesiology

FAQ

What is kinesiology?

‘Applied Kinesiology’ is a term which refers to the application of muscle testing as a biofeedback mechanism.

What is muscle testing?

Around 1960, a chiropractor named George Goodheart discovered that tension in the muscles of the body could be measured to assess the health of organs. This measurement of muscle tension to discover information about the body is known now as muscle testing.

In Quantum Change Kinesiology we use the tool of muscle testing not to assess organ functionality – any diagnoses on physical conditions is left up to the medical professionals – but to uncover and map out the relationship between physical and/or psychological issues and the participation of the individual in everyday mind patterns.

How does a Quantum Change Kinesiology session work?

A QCK session is held online. The QCK practitioner uses muscle testing to “communicate” with your mind and body, shares with you the information that tested out and further discusses with you how to use the information conveyed by your mind and body to heal and change the issue you have come to the session with.

What does the ‘Quantum’ in QCK stand for?

The Quantum in QCK refers to our ability to both access information from the Mind-Physical relationship through effective direct communication as well as the ability for each person, once given the right information, understanding and tools to ‘Quantify’ their personal change. Once you have direct access to the mechanisms of what makes up your programming or ‘design’ of who you are, it places you in a better position to stand Equal to your own mind and instead of saying ‘this issue I am facing… it’s just who I am’ – you now have the tools, and the choice to change yourself through directly working with the code, so to speak.

If one looks at consciousness which is the ‘Interdimensional (invisible parts of the physical, not visible to the eye) medium and language of The Mind – you are able to equate it similar to programming code (Definition of programming code: Computer instructions written in a programming language). Meaning – Consciousness as the information that exists within your mind as its language and its functioning (our thoughts, emotions/feelings, beliefs, fears, wants, personalities etc) – which culminate into one expression as ‘The Human” – exist as any language or substance does – as lines of information and parts or code (the basic readable parts of itself). So any substance through from the physical to the interdimensional exists as information that can be read and communicated and changed. In QCK we work with understanding how consciousness functions by accessing the code as all parts of how programs of the mind function and come together as ones mind – through muscle communication as the feedback system between the mind and ourselves.

So through using the Biofeedback method of Muscle communication the Kinesiology practitioners are able to ask the mind-physical for information about the person being worked with – and thus mind patterns and design can be better understood and brought into awareness for the practitioner and client to understand. Therefore, instead of us always remaining unaware and oftentimes in awe of our own mind as these separate parts of ourselves, these machines that produce thousands of thoughts, fears, emotions/feelings and responses/reactions to our world and others – we now create through muscle communication a direct link or communication line.

As practitioner we assist the client to see the designs behind who you are, what makes up the parts of your thinking processes that thus far most of us have wondered about but thought were esoteric or ‘out there’. Just like a highly functioning machine or computer our minds have been programmed to supersede our basic conscious thoughts and awareness. Meaning – how often have each of us become aware that what we are consciously aware of is not even the full picture of how our minds work, how daily we will be subject to thought patterns, fears, beliefs, and automated physical reactions to things and people, that we don’t even know where it comes from?

From the time our parents’ DNA merged to form your new individual mind to your childhood where your mind in the background of your developmental phases would gather, process and reformulate information from your experiences into concrete personalities- right through to your current day adult personalities that from day to day react and respond to external stimuli – the key thing to understand is that your mind is a self regulating, self evolving machine so to speak, designed to function on your behalf .

However as many will understand and perhaps the reason why you are reading this page, these self functioning parts of ourselves are not always programmed with our best interest at heart. By this we mean that consciousness as programs are not emotional about how they design your thought patterns, meaning the mind does not ‘feel bad’ for you by changing for example fears or destructive thought patterns, just because there is a part of you that is struggling. They simply firstly extract designs from your parents and then simply take information from your experiences in childhood and beyond and transform and respond to them so that you can exist in this world. It is not personal, but realize the mind is simply responding and designing according to your needs. So for many of us at some stage we realize many of our mind patterns are not fully supportive of who we are, or where we want to be going but were designed to protect us and allow us to function in this world.

Therefore within QCK our aim is to bring the awareness through of HOW we function as the mind and then how to work with our mind to develop a relationship of director versus ‘subject to’. Thus the relationship over years becomes that of equality and responsibility – realizing more and more that every day you are able to work with your responses and choices in awareness, and also what it means to become the directive of your choices.

How are QCK practitioners able to work online or ‘from a distance’?

When we have a QCK sessions it can either be in person where we physically muscle test on the client, or we are able to work from a distance or online by muscle testing the information on ourselves as ‘surrogate’ for the information. How does this work? Considering that each individual Mind within Consciousness is part of a global or unified consciousness, meaning that consciousness as the greater is all connected as the smaller parts of itself, as each person, animal, plant etc. Therefore what information exists in you, will exits as part of the greater consciousness that we as the Practitioner are able to read and access from within ourselves. Meaning when the Practitioner starts the session we are ‘plugging’ into your Mind. It works on a similar principle to how a channel or psychic is able to ‘read’ the information of another person or object – by being around the person or object or ‘accessing’ the information.

Each practitioner first worked for many years with themselves understanding their own mind and more importantly practicing that when we work with another person, whether it is physically touching them/testing on them or ourselves – we stand for that session clear within ourselves to allow ourselves to work with the information from within the consciousness design of the Client. A similar process happens if we work with a mother and child (in the flesh) where the child is too young to be worked with (baby, toddler or they might be to sick) – where the mother contains the template of consciousness information from the child after birth. Therefore consciousness information on an Interdimensional level is not contained only in physical measures or objects but exists in a unified and global interconnectedness, which exists between and within all parts of Physical Substance.

How does Quantum Change Kinesiology differ from other forms of Applied Kinesiology?

Since the discovery of muscle testing, the application of it has branched out into various directions over the years. You will find many different forms of Applied Kinesiology existent today, so what sets Quantum Change Kinesiology apart from everything else?

What makes Quantum Change Kinesiology unique is in how it assists to develop insight into yourself in a way which allows you to start seeing how you can live and create inner and outer change. In other words, QCK assists and supports YOU to be able to heal yourself.

Once you are able to see and understand exactly HOW you created an issue you are facing, be it a physical/emotional/mental/behavioral condition, then you have the power to heal yourself by changing, correcting and “reversing” that creation process. This is the only way the healing process is “real”, when you realize yourself as the creative authority of you.

QCK supports your self-healing ability simply by showing and revealing to you the deeper levels and layers of awareness existent within you. Awareness of how your mind exists in relation to your body and how that trinity of mind, body and self has developed throughout your life to form the person you are and the issues you face in your life today.

Why do we use the tool of writing?

With QCK we aim to empower you to develop understanding and awareness of how your mind works. This awareness and understanding in turn forms the foundation for your ability to change and give direction to issues that you face in yourself and your life. Sometimes the tool of writing will test out in a session when you need some additional support with developing this awareness.

Writing about something challenges you to investigate the different dimensions in which it exists and functions. A QCK session will give you the information about how a pattern exists in your mind, however sometimes it is a matter of you seeing this information in action and realizing exactly how it works in your day to day living. This is where the tool of writing in order to explore, investigate and develop insight will assist and support.

What is self-responsibility?

The word responsibility is a word that is often associated with a more negative connotation. We grow up to believe that to be ‘responsible’ means that it’s “our fault” or that “we are to blame” for whatever we are responsible for. With QCK we recognize and realize that the pure form and meaning of responsibility is actually to have the ‘ability to respond’. Self-responsibility means that you have the ability to respond when it comes to the experiences that you go through and face within yourself and your life, that you in other words stand in a position of empowerment.

When you take responsibility for your Self and stand in the realization that you have the ability to respond to what you are facing, then your ‘issues’ and ‘problems’ stop being roadblocks that keep you stuck in reactions. They rather become stepping stones and opportunities for you to strengthen your power and ability to overcome, transcend and change

What is a personality?

Essentially personalities are all the different parts of yourself that you become depending on where you are and with who you are. If a personality tests out in a QCK session it’s because there is something about this personality that is contributing to certain issues you face in your life. This can be specific thoughts, emotions, feelings, beliefs, etcetera which the personality is based on. During the session, the QCK Practitioner will assist you with pinpointing which part of the personality you need to work with, on what layer of the mind the personality exists as well as other relevant information such as what may have contributed to you having developed the personality and what you can do to change it.

What is a character?

Characters are like momentary personalities. They’re part of personalities and inside personalities. For example you have a person who has an overall personality of joking and being funny, but in that personality he’s got a character where he becomes expressive for a moment and goes a bit over the top or wants to impress. So a character would basically be your momentary mind tendencies, like manipulation, excitement, looking for appreciation, validation, attention, and expressions like that which come up in a moment.

What is an archetype?

An archetype is a type of role or character that you play like an actor throughout your daily life in different scenarios. Examples of such roles/characters are ‘the mother’, ‘the addict’, ‘the advocate’, ‘the artist’, etcetera. The problem with archetypes is that the archetypes we live are often the result of environmental influences, coping mechanisms and/or something we copied from our parents. Ideally you should be able to step out of the roles and characters that you may be playing for a moment, however the case is more often that you are defined and moved by them instead of it being the other way around. You become dependent on the character to take you through different situations instead of just utilising it for a moment and then letting it go.

What are emotions and feelings?

Emotions and feelings are the negative and positive experiences within yourself which form polarities in your mind, like love and hate, confidence and insecurity, hope and despair. Emotions are the negative experiences while feelings are the more positive experiences. The words ‘emotions’ and ‘feelings’ are often used differently in English and other languages, however by clearly defining what feelings – the positive experiences – and emotions – the negative experiences – are, it becomes a lot more practical and simplistic to see what you are dealing with inside yourself and to start working with them.

What are the layers of consciousness?

Sometimes we test what the layer of the mind is that a specific pattern exists in. We subdivide the mind into five layers, ranging from the most superficial to the deepest: the conscious, subconscious, unconscious, quantum mind and quantum physical. This allows us to see and understand how much the pattern is ingrained within you, to what extent you might be aware of it and in which way the pattern expresses itself. For instance if only the conscious mind tests out, then we know that the pattern is more existent in the form of thoughts that you can see coming up within you. The deeper the layer, the more the pattern has become part of who you are, not only in your internal thinking and reaction patterns but also in your external behaviour. If the quantum physical layer tests out, then we know that you have come to accept the pattern as part of ‘who you are’ in relation to your world and reality, in how you express yourself and respond to things on a physical level.

What are Living Words?

When you start looking into and investigating your mind as your internal experiences, you start seeing that you are living words in every moment. Every emotion, feeling and thought that you experience is a word or words which you for a moment embody. When you feel insecure, you become the living word insecurity. Insecurity is ‘who you are’ in how you think, feel and act for that moment. At the same time as the words you live can be the problem, they can in fact also be the solution. How you tend to live words is that your mind decides which words you live, when you live them and how. This pertains to negative experiences such as insecurity, anger, helplessness and anxiety but also positive experiences such as love, confidence, excitement and motivation. With living words as the solution, you become the deciding factor of when, where and how you live the words that support you the most in changing and overcoming the issues that you struggle with in your life. In a Quantum Change Kinesiology session you are assisted and supported in this process of finding and living your support-words.

What is a thought?

Thoughts are the internal conversations in your mind which you can use to reason with, to make decisions, look at things and figure things out. They become problematic however when they are driven and motivated by emotional or feeling energy existent on the deeper – and sometimes hidden – layers of yourself. This is where you give away your self-empowerment in relation to your own mind and where you can experience your thoughts to lead their own lives. You start experiencing certain thoughts as a burden and you may even start asking yourself why they are coming up or where they come from. It is in such cases that you start developing a conflictual relationship with your own mind. How QCK assists and supports in such cases is with identifying which feeling or emotional energy the thoughts are based on and/or how you have come to dissociate yourself from them so that you can take back your power and learn to use thoughts constructively, with purpose and direction rather than your thoughts directing and controlling you.

What is a reaction?

When we use the word reaction in a session, we are referring to any movement inside yourself to any event that happened or is happening in your external or internal reality. Whether someone said or did something, you saw something happen or a memory came up in your mind, if any thought, feeling and/or emotion comes up within you in relation to that event then you are in a reaction.

Through QCK we aim to uncover those reactions that are happening on the deeper levels of your mind, the ones that you may not necessarily be aware of. This so you can start seeing how any issue you face is a result of patterns of reactions happening in different levels and dimensions of yourself.

What is suppression?

Sometimes what will test out in a session is that the point needing to be brought to your awareness is existing on a suppressed level within you. This means that it’s a point which you on some level within yourself for some reason are not wanting to look at and are therefore keeping suppressed and hidden from your awareness. In such instances it is a matter of looking for ways to open up the suppressed point. This will either be through continuing to work with the information that you CAN see, where the point will naturally open up over time as you peel off the layers of your mind, and/or it can be through applying pressure on points on your body. This is a technique which can assist with loosening up the information that is locked and stored into the muscle tissue. Relaxing the muscle tissue through for example applying pressure or massaging can assist with releasing the information stored in it and so opening up the point of suppression. During the session the QCK Practitioner will apply muscle communication to pinpoint which muscle specifically is storing the suppressed information.

What is judgment?

You are in judgment when you perceive something to be either good or bad. The judgments you have of something can be based on beliefs that you copied from your parents, friends or peers or they can be based on personal experiences where you judge something as good because it makes you feel good and you judge it as bad because it brings up more negative experiences within you. Judgments are like a veil over reality where you don’t see reality as it is but you perceive it through a filter of copied beliefs, ideas or emotional/feeling reactions. You could say that judgments are part of a system in your mind which limits your understanding of people, things and even your own mind as you compartmentalize them as either good or bad, not giving yourself a chance to really investigate and get to know that which you have a judgment of.

What is imagination?

Imagination is when you project emotional or feeling experiences into images in your mind. This can be either deliberate or as an automated reaction pattern. Deliberate would be when you for example play out a desire in your imagination like a movie with yourself as the star so as to deliberately create and invoke the desired feeling. Another example of deliberate imagination is when you replay a situation from your memory to either bring up emotional or feeling experiences related to the memory, or to imagine yourself responding differently to what happened as a way to try and alter how you experienced yourself in the memory. An example of imagination as an automated reaction pattern is when you respond to something with fear, your mind can as an automated response bring up worst case scenarios in your imagination to intensify the fear that you were already in. Whether an imagination is deliberate or automatic also depends on what level of the mind it exists in. When you deliberately participate in imagination in order to make yourself feel a certain way, then the imagination is happening on the conscious mind level. When the imagination and the feeling or emotional experiences are more automatic and happening on the background of your mind, then it is existent on deeper levels of your mind.

What is a projection?

When projection tests out in a QCK session it means that there is a particular emotion or feeling experience within yourself which you are justifying through implying that another is the cause for that experience. You would participate in projection when this experience is something which you don’t want to take responsibility for, so you create the implication in your mind that this other person is to blame for your experience because of who they are, how they act or what they did. When you project something on another, it is because there is something about yourself which you don’t really want to see or be honest about. This means that when projection tests out in a session, the solution is for you to reflect on what that which you are projecting on the person is showing you about yourself and what there is for you to learn about yourself. The QCK Practitioner will assist and support with pinpointing what you are projecting, which person you are projecting onto, which emotions or feelings are involved and what the point of insight and understanding is for you to realize and learn.

What is a memory?

A memory is like a snapshot in your mind of an event that took place during a moment in time, however more specifically a memory is a snapshot of your own INTERPRETATION and EXPERIENCE of the event that took place. These interpretations and experiences of events that happened in your life then become the foundation for your personalities, reaction patterns and how you see and experience yourself in different situations. You could say that memories form the fabric and tapestry of your mind as everything about who you believe yourself to be is based on memories existent on the various layers and levels of your mind. When memory tests out in a QCK session it means that a specific memory or memories is contributing to the issue you are facing. It is then a matter of investigating what it is about the memory/memories that is sabotaging you within living your potential. This is where the QCK Practitioner will assist and support you to pinpoint which memory to look at and how you can correct your relationship with it.

What are polarities?

The mind and specifically energy as your emotions and feelings works in polarities. You have the positive and the negative side of the same coin with both sides existing codependently. For example with love also comes hate, with peace comes conflict, with hope comes despair. As you participate in one end of a polarity, it’s opposite will come up as an emotion or feeling at some point and in some way or another. This means that as you experience one side on a conscious mind level, the other side of the coin is existent within you simultaneously on suppressed and hidden levels. This is how the mind balances itself out and keeps a continuous cycle of energy going, where you go from high to low, from positive to negative, as you go through your day and life in general. We work with the concept of polarities in QCK because realizing and seeing how the polarity opposite also exist within you when you are going through a feeling or emotional experience assists a lot with being able to place the experience in perspective and consequently release it. More importantly, QCK also assists you to transcend this polarized way of living and develop more stable ways to live those positive expressions like love, hope, excitement, etc,.. In a way which doesn’t imply it’s opposite also existing in you.

What is ‘The Mind’?

The mind is essentially who “you” are inside yourself, which is made up primarily of thoughts, feelings and emotions as what creates your internal reality. These thoughts, feelings and emotions are based on your memories wherein throughout your life you have been storing information about the world around you and who you are in relation to that world. The information stored in your memories forms the foundation for how you end up perceiving your current reality and self and the different thoughts, feelings and emotional reactions that come up in different situations. These memory-based reactions end up forming patterns which then turn into mind-systems, -components and -programs such as personalities, identity, self-image, ego, addictions, etcetera. You could say that your mind is an information storage facility which channels the information from memories into those patterned designs, systems and constructs which then form your overall ‘sense of self’ as how you experience and define yourself as an individual in this world. What QCK does is find those patterns, designs, systems and constructs within you that are limiting you from living your potential and offer you the support you need to change those patterns.
